Sequence Cosmetics is a brand in development. This site is currently a set of informational pages — there is no shop, no account system and no order processing behind it — and this policy describes only what that site does.

What this site collects

Nothing you are asked to type. There is no signup form, no contact form, no account creation and no checkout open to the public, so this site collects no personal information from you directly.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes the technical information your browser sends in order to serve a page — your IP address, the page requested, and your browser’s user-agent string. That is a normal part of delivering a website and we do not combine it with anything else or use it to identify you.

If you email us

The email addresses on this site are ordinary mailto: links. Choosing one opens your own email program; the message travels from your email provider to ours and does not pass through this website.

When you write to us we hold your email address and your message for as long as we need it to reply, and — if you asked for early access — to send you the launch message you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not pass your address to anyone else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies, storage and analytics

We do not use an analytics platform, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not profile visitors across other sites. As of the date above, loading the public pages of this site sets no cookies and contacts no third-party host — that was checked by loading the site and inspecting what it stored and requested, not assumed.

One item is stored in your browser: a sequence-cart-v1 entry in local storage, created by the shopping-cart code that ships with the site. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is empty while there is nothing to buy.

If we later add analytics, advertising or anything else that requires consent, this policy will be updated and consent requested where the law requires it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties involved in this site today are our web host, which serves these pages, and our email provider, which carries messages you send us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will do it. Since the only personal data we hold before launch is correspondence, that is usually a short conversation.

When this changes

Selling anything will mean adding payment processing, order records and an email platform. When that happens this policy will be rewritten to describe those systems before they go live, and the date at the top will change. It is not a document we intend to leave standing while the site underneath it becomes something else.
