Sequence is in development and is not shipping yet. This page will carry the full shipping policy — destinations, costs, dispatch times and carriers — before the shop opens.

Why there is no destination list yet

Where a cosmetic can be sold depends on the registration and labelling requirements of each market, and those requirements shape the formula and the packaging as much as the logistics. We would rather publish the list once we know it than publish a guess and withdraw markets from it later.

What we will publish before the shop opens

• The countries and regions we can ship to, and any we cannot.
• Delivery options, their costs, and any free-shipping threshold.
• How long orders take to dispatch, stated as the time we actually take rather than the best day we have ever had.
• Which carriers we use and when tracking becomes available.
• Who pays import duty and handling on cross-border orders, if we ship any.

In the meantime
