These terms govern your use of the Sequence Cosmetics website and, once the shop opens, your purchase of products through it. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The current state of this site

Sequence Cosmetics is a brand in development. Nothing on this site is offered for sale, no prices are published, and no orders can be placed. Product concepts described here are exactly that: concepts. Their names, formulations, ingredient concentrations, packaging and availability may change, and any of them may be discontinued before release.

2. Information on this site

We publish information about products in development in good faith and keep it current as development proceeds. It is descriptive, not a specification, and it is not an offer, a warranty or a commitment to produce any particular product.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Sequence products are cosmetics intended for external use on skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescribed topical treatment, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, link to and share this site. You may not copy its text, images or design for commercial use, present yourself as connected to Sequence Cosmetics, or attempt to interfere with the site or gain access to any part of it that is not public.

4. Orders (when the shop opens)

Submitting an order will be an offer to purchase. It will not create a binding contract until Sequence Cosmetics accepts it. We may limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel one before dispatch — for example where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the order. Where we decline or cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices will be shown inclusive of any tax we are required to charge, and may change at any time before an order is accepted. You will be responsible for any import duty or handling fee charged at the destination. Payment will be taken through a third-party payment provider; Sequence Cosmetics is not a payment processor and does not store card details.

6. Delivery

Shipping destinations, costs and timings will be published on the Shipping page before the shop opens. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns and cancellation

Your rights on return and cancellation are set out on the Returns page, and nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer.

8. Product use and ingredients

Cosmetic products are for external use only. We will publish a full ingredient list for every product we sell. It is your responsibility to read it and to avoid anything you are sensitive or allergic to. Patch test before first use, keep products out of reach of children, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

9. Intellectual property

The Sequence name, wordmark, site design, photography and written content are owned by Sequence Cosmetics or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sequence Cosmetics is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the brand develops, and they will be updated substantially before the shop opens. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
